Standard Terms and Conditions
1.
 Adsactive is a private company (Adsactive (Pty) Ltd Reg. No 99/04833/07 registered in the Republic of South Africa.

A Multi-Level marketing commission will be paid to each Active Partner in respect of all subscribers below him/her on levels 1 to 4, as follows:
a.
 For Level 1 below the said Active Partner, R2.50 per subscriber per month.
b.
 For Level 2 below the said subscriber, R5.00 per subscriber per month.
c.
 For Level 3 below the said subscriber, R7.50 per subscriber per month.
d.
 For Level 4 below the said subscriber, R10.00 per subscriber per month.

 Adsactive provides three standard services to its subscribers, the details of which are published from time to time by Adsactive, included in the monthly subscription fee:

The standard monthly subscription fee will be R114.00 payable by debit order or deducted from commission payable. A minimum period of subscription of three months will apply and cancellation will only be accepted in writing, with a three month notice period to be applied.

The standard monthly subscription fee will be R99.00 for the network connection, R89.00 for the Business connection and R69.00 for the Individual connection, payable by debit order or deducted from commission payable. Technical and Active Partners have the right to present themselves as independent Agents of Adsactive. Misrepresentation of Adsactive by any Active/Technical partner will result in written warnings and an ultimate cancellation of Adsactive subscription. Partners agree to use only marketing materials supplied or approved by Adsactive.

 If the subscriber is registered for VAT and submits acceptable proof of this registration to Adsactive, VAT at the appropriate rate will be added to the above Rebates. The subscriber will be responsible for issuing a proper VAT invoice to Adsactive. On a monthly basis, which invoice must be mailed to Adsactive before the next payment will be effected.

 Every subscriber accepts full responsibility for whatever liability may arise towards the South African Revenue Services from rebates so received and indemnifies Adsactive and its Directors.

 Adsactive makes no warranty, whether implied or explicit regarding the quality of the service and the infrastructure of SAIX, nor rebates payable as displayed on promotional material, as these are projections and for illustrative purposes only.

 Adsactive will not be held responsible for any abuse/misuse of services, such as e-mail accounts, and/or any other Internet related problems regarding a subscriber's hardware and/or software. Subscribers are therefore urged to take due care when using the Internet and to protect their computer systems adequately from possible virus infections etc.

 Adsactive reserves the right to raise and collect appropriate administration fees relating to nonpayment of debit orders or cheques tendered.

 Advertising rebates will be paid directly into a subscriber's bank Account, on the 15th of each month, and within a period of 45 days of his account being debited with the monthly subscription fee.

 The minimum rebate to be paid out is R20.00. Rebates will therefore accumulate until the accumulated total reaches R20.00, after which it will be paid out.

 The Directors of Adsactive reserve the right to alter these Terms & conditions at any time, at their sole discretion, for the benefit of Adsactive, and / or all its subscribers, with the understanding that the subscription fee will remain market related and commission similarly proportionate.

TECHNICAL PARTNERS:

 Adsactive provides the following standard services to its Active Partners included in the monthly subscription fee:  
The Terms and Conditions mentioned above apply to Technical Partners, except for the following: The commission paid for Network Connections sold is R17.50 per month. The Technical Partner does not participate in the multi-level marketing network. There are no monthly subscription fees for Technical Partners, and no Internet services are rendered to them.
a.
 A single dial-up connection to the Internet via any of the SAIX Pop;s countrywide.
b.
 Two 5 MB e-mail mailbox with.
c.
 Any other services that the directors may deem necessary from time to time.
d.
 Other services are available at additional cost.
14.
Commission on Adsactive Connections sold is as follows:		  
Individual Connections sold: R5.00 per month
Business Connections sold: R12.50 per month
Network Connections earn commission as follows:
Each Active Partner is requested to sell a minimum of three Network
Connections before commission will be paid. All direct Subscribers are listed in a tree below the Active Partner (level 1)
a.
 Subscribers recruited by (level 1) Active Partner will be listed below them (level 2)
b.
 Subscribers recruited by (level 2) subscribers will be listed below them (level 3)
c.
 Subscribers recruited by (level 3) subscribers will be listed below them (level 4)
d.
 The same system continues for subsequent subscribers.
e.
 If any subscriber should resign it will not affect the tree structure except that no further rebates will be paid to him.

I have read and understand this agreement and irrevocable agree to it's terms, authorization and mandate. Either party may terminate this agreement, giving not less than (90) ninety calendar days prior written notice. No advice, representations or warranties are or have been made or given, save as set out in this mandate and Authorization. The invalidity or any provision of this Authorization shall not invalidate any other provision.
